I’m the Marketing Director at Cycling for Softies and have been with the company since 2013. I love being in the great outdoors and feel very lucky to be able to combine my career with my passion.

I have been on several of our Softies holidays and each time I just want to plan my next one! I think my favourite trip has been to the Loire with my partner. We stayed in the Marine de Loire hotel and cycled to Saumur and Chinon. I’m a bit of a foodie so love finding new restaurants and wine bars. I definitely recommend visiting Château d’Azay-le-Rideau and just round the corner is a fabulous restaurant called L’épine. You can sit outside on their terrace and dine al fresco.

I’ve also enjoyed a weekend away to Crillon Le Brave in Provence which is perfect if you’re looking for five-star luxury. The pool is amazing with panoramic views. Back in the UK, the most memorable cycle ride I have done is from Richmond to Windsor as a fundraising event with work. Some preparation was required, but luckily I had the incentive of the pub at the end!
