Our New Tours For 2025

The new year is always an exciting time and with it brings a whole host of new opportunities and adventures. With that said, we’ve been working hard to launch some fantastic new regions for Softies to enjoy in 2025. This year, cycling holidays in Spain, Slovenia, and two new Tuscany tours have joined our glowing catalogue of leisurely cycling for all. New pedalling routes, golden destinations, delectable wine tastings, luxury hotels and, let’s not forget, delicious cuisines are just around the corner.

Packed with incredible scenery and fantastic food, each new tour offers unique experiences from the comfort of your saddle. Cycling through these regions not only provides an authentic perspective of these destinations but also reduces our carbon footprint so we can have a positive impact on the places we visit. Authentic Mallorca

The island of Mallorca has been visited by many but truly travelled by very few. Away from the hustle and bustle of beach resorts, this stunning destination offers rolling hills adorned with olive groves and almond trees. Rocky coastal cliffs frame the island whilst Mallorca’s sunny personality shines through its secret coves, sapphire views, soulful towns and shining salt flats home to rosy flamingos. On this tour, discover a hidden side of Mallorca which boasts delicate stone windmills, colourful wildflowers and some of the most delicious seafood cooked by Spanish abuelitas.

Secrets of Segovia

Step into the fairytale of Segovia, with soaring cliff-top castles, golden aqueduct arches and medieval mysteries. This UNESCO-listed region represents the real Spain, away from the tourist sprawl. Visit the warm terracotta and sandstone-hued city of Segovia, where ancient myths whisper that the city was founded by Hercules. Then set off into the landscape to explore the charming villages hidden amongst the hills of Castilla. Find yourself amidst sun-kissed mountain peaks in the Guadarrama National Park or ancient canyon landforms in the spectacular Duratón Canyon National Park where the Duratón River carves out the land.

Vineyards of La Rioja

If you’re visiting the region of Rioja, you probably have one thing on your mind – vino! The land of vineyards galore, La Rioja produces some of the most prestigious and loved wines in the world. A wine tasting here is an absolute must! Aside from its impeccable red wine reputation, this region’s ochre earth and vast blue skies make for unforgettable cycling. Follow the pilgrim’s path of the Camino de Santiago, sighting many medieval towns and commanding views. Stop off at one of the many small cafes and tapas bars along the way. A couple of copas and you’re good to go!

Valencia’s Citrus Coast

If Valencia is known for one thing… it’s got to be its oranges. Decorative and delicious, these juicy fruit trees dot the Valencian coastline and are found on almost every menu, whether in the form of a citrus dessert or creative cocktail. Pedal along the shining coastline to discover lively beach cafes, glistening harbourfronts and medieval seaside towns that sit unaffected by the passage of time. The region’s eternal sunshine makes a cycling holiday in Valencia a Softies dream. Imagine it – tapas and sangria on the beachfront whilst soaking up the warm sun’s rays.

Tuscany’s Chianti Classico

A glass of Chianti anyone? Home to the world-famous red wines, you can now delve into the historic landscape of Tuscany’s Chianti region. The vineyards here are home to precious grapes and engulf the emerald Tuscan hillsides. Cycle past ancient olive groves, honey-coloured farmhouses, thick forests, classy Renaissance villas and Romanesque churches. The gentle slopes and easy rides allow you to take in the peaceful atmosphere and stunning vistas of Italy’s countryside. Hope on an E-bike and breeze through the day without breaking a sweat. Extremadura’s Castles of Western Spain

Exploring Extremadura is a journey through the heart of rural Spain. This region boasts some of Spain’s finest Roman ruins, mystifying medieval cities and time-worn castles. Extremeño settlements breathe history and charm from the remote northern hills to the cobbled streets of Cáceres. Beautifully preserved towns serve as peaceful rest spots between vast national parks and farmland. Discover this area’s wildlife, where rare black vultures and black storks roam free whilst Spain’s famous wild bulls and Ibérico black pigs are raised. Cycling in Extremadura will immerse you in Spain’s rural tranquillity and rustic way of life. 

Valencia’s Vistas

Gaze at Valencia’s beautiful countryside vistas as you pedal through ancient towns. Pause for a refreshing drink or a cheeky tapas dish in a sunlit plaza whilst listening to this idyllic region’s joyful birdsong. Delicate stone windmills and medieval monasteries rise from the quaint countryside paths that weave through the region. This area’s natural environment offers lakes, marshes, sand dunes and pinewoods to explore. And, of course, a cycling holiday in Valencia wouldn’t be complete without trying the famous paella valenciana!

Southern Tuscany Single Centre

Where emerald vines cling to hilltop towns, venture into Tuscany’s rolling emerald landscape plucked straight out of a movie. The UNESCO-listed Val d’Orcia astounds with rising conical hills topped by fortified villages and magnificent abbeys. This single-centre tour showcases the ancient towns of Montepulciano and Brunello di Montalcino. Soak in the amazing views from these towns’ locations on higher ground and enjoy a glass of prized Brunello wine while you’re at it.

Slovenia to Croatia

Embark on an indulgent adventure along the Slovenian and Croatian coastline.
